Brand new range of RO fittings and coloured RO hoses sold by the metre or in bulk 200m spools . Filter m...esh bags in a coarse durable mesh and in 2 sizes. Ideal for adding our new range of sintered glass media or ceramic rings and because of the coarse mesh size it makes it easy to wash them out and less clogging up than fine mesh bags. 15.01.2022 Australia's oldest fish producer? At almost 92, local veteran goldfish breeder and aquatic plant grower Reinhold of Chester Hill has been supplying Aquatic Solutions with his quality stock for many years now. Over the decades Ron (as I know him) has supplied many aquarium shops around Sydney and even after he could no longer drive, he would still deliver his fish via bus to local shops in buckets using a long hose to blow bubbles to keep the water aerated! After hearing of h...is recent hospitalisation and bleak prognosis I myself and the team at Aquatic Solutions are wishing and praying for the best for him and his lovely wife Helga. I can say for certain that Ron has given a huge contribution to the aquarium industry and even until just the other week has been working tirelessly in his suburban backyard breeding and growing quality goldfish, huge Ramshorn Snails and superb quality pond grown plants such as Vallisneria and Ambulia. This is no mean feat as people even half his age would struggle to do what he does on a daily basis. Definitely a true work horse and this is a quality that I have always admired in Ron. 14.01.2022 New fish species alert! Aquatic Solutions presents "Albino Emperor Tetra (Nematobrycon palmeri)!" These beauties are a very prominent fish in an aquarium as they are highly active and show a canary yellow and iridescent blue colouration, especially during maturity, unlike other tetras that are usually pink in colour. Typically occupying the top and middle level of the water column, Albino Emperor Tetras must be kept in shoals of at least 6 and are safe to keep with other small peaceful fish.

09.01.2022 Another day, another new species Introducing "Argentine Bloodfin Tetras (Aphyocharax anisitsi)" for the very first time at Aquatic Solutions! A peaceful schooling fish usually kept in groups of 5 or more, the Argentinian Bloodfin Tetras can be kept in a range of water qualities and temperatures, making them easy to keep and great for community tanks.

09.01.2022 Here is our second new species in stock! We now have Half-Banded Loaches (Pangio semicincta)! Half-Banded Loaches - like all Khulis, love planted aquaria with plenty of cover and ideally with some loose-leaf litter. In nature, they habitually grub around for food particles in such areas. They live in freshwater with a pH level of 6.2-7.0 at 25.5-28C degrees.
