23.01.2022 We had a great group lesson with Natalie today. Lots of learning. Haunches in, turning on the fore, turning on the hind, poles. Working on straightness, shoulder control, relaxation. Lovely group of ladies.

23.01.2022 For a limited time only, I will be offering coaching on my official Medium/Advanced dressage horse Statford Mojave in Serpentine. Mojo is 16hh Warmblood x TB. Nervous riders welcome, but you must be riding at least novice level and weight limits will apply. Great opportunity to ride and feel some higher level movements. $100 / 45mins PM for bookings.

22.01.2022 Oooh wow, that was an exciting lesson with Natalie today, it was amazing. Really starting to feel what Llew and I are going to be able to do. Developing some awesome work. Got some nice sit up in canter, even 20m canter circles with canter, trot, canter, trot transitions. Something I've not been able to do before. I feel elated.

19.01.2022 Another group lesson today at Natalie's home. Two new riders. One older horse, one youngster. Learning softness and straightness, so important. Natalie has a wonderful way with horses and riders of all different levels.

17.01.2022 Alfred the Great putting his best hoof forward for Aunty Helen today. Great lesson with the wonderful Natalie Mitchell and he was such a good boy. Pity the western saddle didn’t fit, but we’ll turn him into a western horse soon. I think I’m quite enjoying riding a Warmblood!!! Lol.

11.01.2022 Dressage riders do jump thanks to Liz Benson and Peter Benson for trusting me with GRP x Sooty 6 yrs Hilkens black delight/ Black Charming. This was at the ...end of only our second jump lesson with Shane Giblett, both of us a bit tired but managed to get it all together. Sooty is so bold and loves his jumping, always trying his best he is going to make someone, a fantastic little horse. See more

05.01.2022 I'd just like to say a big thankyou to Natalie Mitchell and Shane Gee for all the training and help with our stallion, Bensons Quicksliver (Hugo) this year. We... are very grateful for having two very experienced riders working with our 5 year old. Natalie trains Hugo during the week on the flat, working on his collection, frame and transitions, and he has improved so much in the past 12 months. Shane has been consolidating that ground work with his jumping technique on the weekends. Georgia Benson and I had a great time watching Hugo at the Yalambi Classic for the final show of his season. It was great to see them both out in the main arena. Looking forward to next season as the heights start to get bigger for him.
