We are proud to be part of Jalyianos and Arialia’s journey to establishing its brand and innovative business model through a very simple design idea the celebration of food. This simple idea has underpinned the horseshoe stage concept for the steak grill cooking area which is the main hero... for each of their three restaurants. It is the first thing you see when you enter through the front door and the aroma of the sizzling steak with the rich colors of the fresh food on offer is a truly delightful experience. From there, other acting areas are provided to create a subplot for the hero with an eclectic mix of decorative pieces that the owners have chosen to convey their own style. This simple recipe allowed Jaylianos and Aria to explore and create their own style and brand for their restaurant chain. It’s never about the style or look. What truly makes it a success is that they never lost sight of the real value to their customers great food [value] and dining experience [outcome]. The design and quality of the fit-out can only go so far. Without the right people and value proposition, it is just a shell without any meaningful substance. JNC Studio is excited to see this new restaurant brand go from strength to strength and we are certainly looking forward to working with Ariala again to deliver its next store which will be much anticipated by its valued customers.
