25.01.2022 Hi I'm back after a break and look whats happening on a day were I would think most of us thought the rates would drop but no they havent but the opposite is happening and the banks may turn around and raise rates themselves. we are in strange times people and we just have to ride it out.

20.01.2022 Great news for a change the RBA has dropped yes that is right dropped interest rates for this quarter by 25 basis points which is a win on melbourne cup day pop the champers. lets see what happens in the coming months and lets hope it gives a little confidence in the housing market. More importantly lets hope the banks pass on the drop!!
