19.01.2022 We were contracted by Greg (former owner Office National Stationers) to defit and makegood his warehouse. The scope of works included dismantling the mezzanine floor, demolishing the storerooms, demolishing the office, kitchenette & bathroom, uninstalling the stairs, some patch and paint work. 10.01.2022 Another strip out, another happy customer! JNC Projects was contracted to strip out and make good (remove fit out back to base building ie. empty shell) the restaurant at the end of the lease, according to Westfield’s scope of works. The project was completed on time and within budget.

06.01.2022 After the closing down of Campbelltown’s favourite toy store, Toys R Us, JNC Projects was contracted to strip out and makegood the 3000sqm warehouse. The scope of works included to remove all remaining shop fixtures, fittings, office furniture, IT equipment and km’s of cabling, demolish unwanted offices and walls, uninstall booker rods from ceiling, remove vinyl flooring, uninstall Toys R Us and Babies R Us signs from facade. The project was completed in under a week leaving the client very impressed with our cost-effective solutions and high standards of workmanship. Environmental management was conducted by recycling as much material as possible, thanks to Bingo Industries for the waste management services provided.

05.01.2022 JNC Projects was contracted to strip and renovate a small bathroom. The lovely young couple were looking to renovate and add value to their apartment. Although the bathroom was very tight, we managed to transform the outdated bathroom into a modern luxury bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. We love such challenges and had great fun throughout the project. We were further contracted to demolish a partitioning wall and remove an old wardrobe.
