01.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE JN&R Engineering would like to reassure our customers that we are actioning all recommendations issued by Government bodies during this uncertain and ever-changing time whilst still working toward our goal of continuous manufacturing and meeting scheduled delivery dates. We are fortunate that our large manufacturing plant naturally lends itself to the newly advised social distancing measures - our staff work in their own welding bays, painting booths, assembly... stations and have many separate spaces to work in. Additionally, we have implemented the following practices to ensure we all stay healthy and safe and we applaud our staff in their ability to adapt quickly to modified work practices: * Increased hygiene awareness and measures adopted i.e. distanced, staggered and regular hand washing practices, sneezing into elbow etc.; * Increased cleaning measures i.e. more frequent cleaning of office, factory, equipment, tools etc. * Staggered and distanced break times for staff; * Staff members showing any sign of illness have been sent home or instructed not to come into work. We wish to advise our customers that our doors are still open, however, in order to assist with limiting personal contact, we ask that our customers either call or email first before making a visit. This helps us understand how we can service your needs with as little contact as possible. As we have all witnessed over the past month, the Covid-19 pandemic brings rapid and drastic change and as a result, we are assessing our situation daily and will notify you immediately of any change.
