25.01.2022 Coding is an extremely important skill for anyone of any age and background to learn. The skills and mindset gained from coding will positively improve one's ability to make decisions, build relationships and solve problems logically. This week we wanted to share the inspiring story of Chris Redlitz, an ex-convict and creator of Code.7370 San Quentin, the first computer programming curriculum in a US prison. "None of our graduates have gone back to jail."

Jarryd is always blown away when his students show the ability to understand coding and robotics concepts which hes only just learning himself at university!

While at Junior Engineers, Celine teaches Scratch, Python, Arduino and Micro:bits. She loves seeing her students faces light up when they learn how to use a new concept!

Daniels currently studying a Bachelor of IT at the Queensland University of Technology and teaches Python, Micro:Bits and CodeMonkey to budding engineers. Daniel enjoys working at Junior Engineers as its not only related to his field of study, but also finds it very rewarding as he watches the next generation of engineers fall in love with coding!
