25.01.2022 Goodbye and good luck Year 12s! What an exceptional group of young leaders you are. We can't wait to see what the future brings for you. "If you don't leave your past in the past, it will destroy your future. Live for what today has to offer, not what yesterday has taken away..."

20.01.2022 Today for R U OK Day and #QMHW we're encouraging our community and students to take time to connect MORE to your people and places... COVID-19 for many has created more opportunities to spend time at home. How can we make that quality time? - Be willing to share how you feel and ask for help when needed... - Ask a trusted friend to tell you what they like about you - Take a walk with a family member and really listen to their concerns or stories - Contact a friend to let them know you’re thinking of them - Look at photos from a time with happy memories - Try to bring a smile to as many people as possible today - Take time to sit with a favourite pet Today at James Nash, we will have a DJ playing music at first break - come along and listen in the Quadrangle. Look for the good in everyone and everything Every evening is an opportunity to reset Being a parent or carer is not all who you are it is a beautiful extension of you Write down 3 things you appreciate about yourself today Celebrate the wins, no matter how small Forgive someone who has hurt you in the past To celebrate at James Nash, we’re having a Chalk Walk during first break where students write positive statements on connecting pathways at school. #QMHW Queensland Mental Health Week
