02.01.2022 Fantastic results for a pool repair and clean. We changed out an undersized cartridge filter to a sand filter and then cleaned the pool and restored the water balance to within the safe limits.

01.01.2022 One of the hardest parts of running a business is dealing with everything all at once. We pride ourselves on doing a great job, being reasonably priced and doing the right thing by clients. We are community minded. We have pensioner rates, offer extras and donate our services to good causes. We often donate part of our costs if its clear that the client has had a rough time. We fit with short deadlines to help clients out, which sometimes means that we often work thru our ...weekends if thats where a job fits with clients needs. Extra time is taken (not billed) with many of our older clients because they like to have a chat and I suspect that for some, we are the only people they have talked to all week. Hubby hates me checking up on lawns because he knows that the lawn if fine. Its the client that Im checking up on, just to make sure that they are ok, havnt taken a tumble, or arnt climbing ladders at 81 yrs of age. We bring in extra help so we can fit in short notice jobs, and will continue to be family friendly with our expectations of those staff. Some days, doing the 'right' thing is the hard part of the day. And then I get a smile and a 'thank you dear' from one of my gentlemen or ladies and it makes the sun shine brighter. See more
