19.01.2022 When you are shifting, your perception and tolerance changes. You may speak up where once you were silent and become silent where you once spoke. Tolerance levels may change along with this change in perception. Relationships, life style habits, situations and thought patterms not for your highest good may become abundantly obvious that they are no longer aligned with your path. A shift does not happen overnight, it can take days, weeks, months or even years to process t...hrough things. You may find yourself having physical symptoms such as disturbed sleep, changes in appetite and the driving need to adopt a healthier life style. As you shift and begin to vibrate higher, those whose views and acceptance levels who differ from yours may come into conflict with you. Not everyone thinks the same and it's ok to have differences. When this chakra is open and balanced we feel grounded, stable and secure. When it is unbalanced we may feel weak and disconnected from life, insecure and fearful. It also governs digestion and metabolism. When it is healthy and balanced our will and personal power are strong, we are confident and have good self esteem. When our Solar Plexus is not balanced we can get stressed and angry or feel very low in self esteem. So sit back relax and enjoy this meditation. I have set this page up for everyone who would like to listen to a meditation, learn from a mini workshop or just connect with a like minded soul who is here to help.... I will be posting meditations regularly - each meditation will focus on a particular chakra, a situation that needs healing or a different style of meditation.
