25.01.2022 I was asked to talk to a participants family about writing me a letter to go into our newsletter at Pro Help Australia. Below is what I received. As a support coordinator, its nice to get such beautiful feedback for doing your job.. Let me take a little of you time to let everybody, who are carers, parents or guardians of a disabled person and live in Toowoomba, of a support coordinator that is so dedicated compassionate and understanding... of the trouble that we all face from time to time in getting the help we all rightfully need for our loved ones. This lady has done more for me in 6 weeks than any other other support coordinator had ever done in the two and a half years I have lived in Toowoomba. Her name is Jo Watson anyone can get in contact with her through Pro Help Australia. Jo has helped me get so many services that my disabled husband and son have needed and will continue to need for years to come. Jo has helped me break down walls that I couldn't to get help for them, she has battled timelessly with NDIS to get funding reviewed , that I have been trying to get for eight months. She is so caring and does her best to get what her clients want and need, I honestly do not know where I would be will out Jo I was at the end of my tether and ready to give up the fight. Jo helped me see that the help I need for my Husband and son was too important to give up, and besides my health was starting to suffer significantly. Jo has a motto she goes by it is Clients are the most important and their wants and needs come first, then as carers we need to use all the services that are available to us because where would they be if we weren't able to take care of them properly Jo you are a god send and we are so great full for all that you have done for us.
