12.01.2022 This beautifully written article articulates simple, profound healing by breath, just like you can. When I started out in yoga over ten years ago I didn’t really know what it was or why I felt better afterwards. Recently my practice has deepened to consciously experience the shift that happens when we breathe so consciously, that old patterns are released. Old nameless trauma that was handed down for many generations. I feel lucky to have experienced this and privileged that it’s my calling to share this depth of healing.
