Thanks Turtle Cove Early Learning Centres - More than just childcare, Euphorium Creative, Shire of Irwin and Bell Shakespeare for hosting joaworkshops! It’s so heartwarming to see how many people value creative thinking for our young people in our region. 20.01.2022 Attention Dongara! See you in July!!! JOA will holding workshops at the Irwin Rec Centre (details ) on the July School Holidays. I'm looking forward to working, playing, creating with some enthusiastic young folk there! All bookings are through the Irwin Rec Centre so be sure to contact them directly to secure a place.

20.01.2022 Our Christmas present is already here! Elsie May arrived last week and we are thrilled!! The next couple of months are going to be all about nappies and coffee- but after then, I’ll be sure to let you know of the opportunities Jar of Arts will have to offer for 2020. In the meantime, if I can be if any help in suggesting other youth Arts programs that will suit your child then please don’t hesitate to contact me. There are some fantastic youth arts programs in Geraldton and ...it would be my pleasure to recommend them to you. I'm so thrilled to have the privilege of spreading the word about GMS Productions who will be offering instrumental lessons to young people in Geraldton on Saturday mornings. Jodie Tonkin and Andrew Sloan have both worked (studied, taught, toured, engineered, gigged) in the music industry and have a wealth of knowledge and experience between them. They are approachable, talented and passionate about offering enriching music programs to ...all young people and it is my pleasure to recommend them! They're currently offering lessons for the following instruments (and/or music theory) - Woodwind (flute, clarinet, saxophone etc) - Guitar - Brass (trumpet, trombone etc) Of course they have their Working With Children Checks etc - Spaces are limited so be sure to contact them soon to secure a place for Term 4. They're incredibly helpful and will be happy to point you in the right direction for your young person and their music journey so just give them a buzz for a chat!
