22.01.2022 Organic Farm Byron Bay Harvest is looking for someone to fulfill a marketing/ PR role for 2nd Year Visa work. The work will centre mainly on publicising and marketing our imminent pick to plate lunches, which involve customers coming and picking the veg which is then cooked for them for lunch on our farm. It is an exciting opportunity to be involved in marketing and selling a product from its arrival on the market. The person we hire will be instrumental in the success of th...e product and will be able to easily map their effect on overall profits so their work will serve as an excellent example to present to future prospective employers and will look great on a resume. The position is for three months and will fulfil the hours needed to satisfy second year working holiday visas for backpackers. The work is six hours a day, five days a week. Hours are 8:00am 2:30pm (this includes a 30 minute break for lunch) Monday to Friday. Hours can potentially be made up at different times if some flexibility is required. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria: Previous marketing/ social media marketing experience Have lived 6 months in the same area in Australia (doesn't have to be Byron) Looking to fulfil 2nd year visa requirements English language proficient Can write media releases Experience with local media outlets Preferably someone who owns a smart phone and laptop, but not essential.
