BUSINESS SUPPORT OFFICER Seeking a dynamic administrator who will support our team. This role includes: Office administration & client services Administration of the CMS & client files Invoicing and receipting claims & payments Provision of NDIS specific information and guidance to clients and the community Research and operational support to the SC team Administration and support in Social Media Applications Support and administration of Website and Learning Platforms SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated experience in office administration with a client centred focus Knowledge of and experience within the disability sector, specifically the NDIS Demonstrated experience in providing integrated service solutions for individuals in a capacity building framework ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE YOU TO: be passionate and unrelenting in your pursuit for positive outcomes for your clients; work with an open heart and mind, collaboratively and be a team player; Be open & willing to engage in flexible working arrangements; Be willing to contribute to your own professional development on a regular basis including keeping up with the ever changing environment of the NDIA/NDIS; and operate with integrity and compassion, be personable, creative and have built effective networks in multiple sectors.
