19.01.2022 After a pretty cruisy hay run this year it's good to get the big front hooked up and knock some barley over!! Harvest not far away now

13.01.2022 It's been a fairly hectic few weeks with the hay cutting winding up, and straight into windwrowing, then the baling, stacking and carting! What a year of extremes #hay16 has been Thanks to all our clients for your patience during the hay season, a lot of variables this year, but we got there! The hay baling is just about wrapped up now, but the windwrower still into it dropping crops around the place! Have seen some absolute thumper crops around the place, it's been a bit of a struggle trying to pick some of them up off of the ground, along with a lot of paddocks with majority of the crop ripe on top with a big enough percentage of green ones down below holding the show up! Here's to a blessed and safe harvest! Good luck and enjoy it, by the looks of things around the state there's going to be plenty to go around, for everyone

08.01.2022 1 o'clock: make way out to the paddock to have a go at baling the first paddock of oaten hay 2 o'clock: outside laps raked, have poked out first few bales... 3 o'clock: first load is pumped out and getting loaded on truck 4 o'clock: on way to a dairy with the first load of the season 5 o'clock: hays unloaded, straps rolled up and hungry cows moo'ing at some tasty looking oaten hay! Can't get much fresher than that! Good steady start to the baling, Let's see what these next couple days decide to do!
