24.01.2022 Happy Halloween everyone I hope you’re having a lovely weekend. We have had the craziest couple of weeks after a crazy couple of months with our biggest release to date. All orders were sent out before the weekend and I’m excited to have the first weekend off in a lonnngggg time. 22.01.2022 Like most small businesses I worked from our dinning table for the first 2 years. Then cleared the spare room and continued to run the business from the dinning table. Last year we moved and I got this incredible space to work from, it was specious and perfect, but made the term sweat shop very real. With the help of some incredible friends and an extremely supportive husband we transformed it into the perfect office space. I am beyond grateful to everyone that made this possible and for all of you that inspire and support me everyday. 22.01.2022 Please read . It’s been nearly 2 years since I released our Nature’s abc flashcards, 3 years ago since I started them, painting each and every one. I originally did them for Isla as she was learning the alphabet at the time and I wanted to bring it to life for her. She inspired me to do the fun facts on the back as like most kids, she was always asking why? If you’ve followed me for a while you know I’m proud that all my products are made here in Australia, ethically made..., sweat shop free (well apart from me in mine ) so to see this beautiful photo from STOLEN from @steph.soj and my website appear on Alibaba selling my flashcards I am utterly heartbroken. I’ve seen this happen to so many amazing small businesses, some of them it crushed, it’s just appalling. I do this purely out of love, inspiration, passion and to support my family. Thank you so much for your kind DM’s today. As artists, creators, designers or artisans you really wear your heart on your sleeve, I definitely see the world a lot sadder today. 18.01.2022 Months and months of planning, painting, editing, researching, designing, sourcing, graphic designing and marketing it’s easy to say I’m so excited that our jigsaw puzzles are nearly completed.
