15.01.2022 5 Months ago my hubby and I set out to look for ways to improve our health and well being. I was struggling with energy and Matt was looking for ways to reduce his weight and support his fitness regime. We found an amazing health and well being program that has increased my energy and Matt lost 11kg's in the first 30 days. 5 months later we are still enjoying the program and haven't looked back at investing in our health. 10.01.2022 I thoroughly enjoyed my last 4 weeks teaching all prep and some grade 1 and grade 2 classes with Tennis Australia's Sports in Schools program at Seven Hills State School. It was so rewarding teaching 28 children in each class group the wonderful game of tennis and seeing how quickly they developed their skills. Hope to do this again next year!
