25.01.2022 The world may stop but nothing can stop LOVE. Choosing to keep within the Covid restrictions, postponing the party but not their wedding day, Zac + Rach stepped into a stunning afternoon as Mr & Mrs. A pretty big decision given that the wedding guest list has 125 of their closest friends and family - kinda makes me feel real special, extra special, to have witnessed their love.... Feeling super blessed ! Most of the time I feel part of each family I photograph, sharing in their banter, hearing stories of what happened last weekend and what's coming up. The sibling rivalry over who is loved more by their parents and cheeky school stories from long ago that Mum & Dad are hearing for the first time themselves. These moments, from past and present are invisibly woven, securing and strength...ening the family bonds and brilliantly, without realising it, creating even more memories. 03.01.2022 Oh how sneaky we can be ! The very beautiful Alix was 'meant' to be modelling for an Elopements Noosa photo shoot, we all had our best poker faces on. Bec from Blooms of Noosa working hard focused on the floral arrangement and myself knowing full well the real reason behind the elaborate set up. And then without a moments hesitation, it happened!... Caught completely unaware on a mountain top draped in the suns setting golden glow, Cache proposed to his Alix. The incredible Danni from Elopements Noosa had another surprise but this time it was on them both. While I was capturing all of the unguarded moments, Danni had set up what would seriously have to have been the most romantic picnic I have ever seen... breathtaking views, stunning styling, delicious nibbles and a bottle of Verve wrapped up with all the feels, what girls could say no !? Congratulations Cache + Alix on your biggest adventure yet, let the good times roll xo
