24.01.2022 More and more women are turning towards our private studio, not just for privacy, but for the one on one training and knowledge you get with a personal trainer. Trying to do fitness on your own, or even in large groups, can leave you lost, confused and unmotivated as well as prone to injury. Do you need someone to motivate you? Do you know what you need to do to acheive your goals? Do you need that accountability to make sure you follow through or will you just decide its 'OK' to miss this one, or two or 365 days of exercise?..............

21.01.2022 In January 2011 I decided enough was enough and asked myself how big was I going to get before I made a change? It was a very challenging year, mentally and physically. Sooooo much cardio!!!!!! I did my lifetime of cardio that year Still traumatised as I still declare how much I hate cardio! This photo represents 12 months of putting my health first. All the sacrifices (well what I thought were sacrifices was really just unhealthy eating habits) all the cardio, all the ‘...WTF!’ Moments. Did I love exercise after 12 months? Shit no! Was my mindset now unwavering? HA! No way. I whinged my way through all my workouts for 2years after this photo! BUT I loved being back to my pre baby size. I had to keep reminding myself of that every time cardio was on the table (sometimes even during just the warm up) And here I am 10 years later! Proud of my damn self!!!! 02.01.2022 Introducing Owner and Coach, Jodie. After not being able to fit into her winter jeans each year for 8 years after the birth of her son, Jodie decided that enough was enough. How far was this going to get out of control! Being old school, Jodie couldn’t find any personal trainers listed in the ‘yellow pages’ and ended up meeting her first personal trainer at the sports shop. That was the hardest 12 months of Jodie’s forever fitness journey. Remembering very clearly the mom...ents of questioning ‘why’? but also remembering the small wins along the way that kept her going. After 4 years of strength training with the continual guidance of a personal trainer, Jodie acknowledged her new love of fitness and chose to become a personal trainer. As Hervey Bay's first private personal training studio, Jodie upset some of the gyms in the area but quickly become a busy studio as there was an unknown need for a space for women to train in a private indoor environment away from the intimidation of gyms and outdoor public spaces.
