25.01.2022 Hey everyone, I’ve been a bit quiet this year but I feel like it’s time that I came out of my bubble and make the most of this crazy time we all get to have at home!! So what are you excited to cook? I’m wanting to start making my own sour dough. Has anyone done this? Who appreciates having a thermomix right now? I feel well prepared to make everything from scratch and know I can make endless things from the staples in my pantry.... We are also doing virtual demos now! So from the comfort of your own home you can host, I cook (then my family can eat it..... YES!!) and you get to see all the functions of the TM6! Let me know if you would like more info on this.

20.01.2022 Omg.. this tasted wayyyy better than it looks It’s called Chicken Breasts Pizzaiola and it’s flipping delicious!! My kids absolutely cleared everything off their plate. I had it with rice and steamed veggies. This is my new fav did I mention it’s super simple!? That little thing sticking out of the breast is my new Meater! It connects via your phone and tells you how long to cook it for and when it’s done! I’ve used it the last 3 nights and wonder how I ever lived without it!! It’s available from The Mix Shop

18.01.2022 How awesome is having more than one bowl I used all of these yesterday morning and nailed the Xmas party food prep. As of January 2020 you guys can get a 2nd bowl at a discounted rate when you host a demo. The next best thing to having two machines

05.01.2022 These were a massive hit tonight. I halved the spices for both the meatballs and sauce as I wanted the kids to eat it. I also added veggies to the sauce and puréed it before the cooking step and it was perfect and super easy. It was on the table so quick. I didn’t do the bread and just had it with pasta. I threw the greens in the Varoma in the final cooking stage. Give it a go!!

02.01.2022 This is what was on the menu yesterday hence the multiple bowls. The muffins are gluten free and flipping amazing. I made them into mini ones and it worked great. The ginger bread pavlova is a favourite from last year that we couldn’t help but have again. The spice mix in the gingerbread cookies is made in your thermomix too.
