17.01.2022 Team twinnies update....2 very special friends and clients of mine deserve a big shout out for their continued great work! I had the pleasure of working consistently with these lovely ladies towards their goals and am sad that I have had to move and don't see you every week :-( Ashleigh has continued on a training and nutrition plan under my online program and Loretta has found a new love for distance cardio and continues with boot camps at the gym we used to train at. Very proud that team twinnies still continue to make healthy lifestyle choices and continue with an active way of life. Keep up the great work ladies! I believe in educating my clients so they can make independent choices and feel in control of their results for the future :-)

15.01.2022 Was such a thrill seeing my partners client in Oxygen magazine that I had the pleasure of coaching in posing for her shoot and applying her flawless tanning as no photo editing allowed. Such a natural beauty and hope to bring you into comps in the future if it remains on the goal list!
