17.01.2022 Stunning wedding last night, (sadly didn't get a pic of Beata the gorgeous bride ) Bungaree Station looked amazing as always. Thanks to my fabulous hard working Staff, who work for fundraising for their School and Netball club, and they do an awesome job too Last nights A team was Paula, Bec, Kirsty and of course my right hand lady Andrea. Canapés on the lawn, Main course and Wedding Cake for dessert in the fab Woolshed. Perfect day and Venue.,

17.01.2022 Emily + Sams beautiful Wedding @ Bungaree Station on the Weekend, despite the crazy weather the venue was stunning Being a more intimate wedding they used the Shearer’s Quarters, perfect for their guests. 12.01.2022 Wedding season is just around the corner, dare I say it, then it will be Xmas . Winter Catering gigs are also great, recently catered for Wool Wine and Wheat celebrations, Balco Awards @ Balaklava, fabulous Cocktail food offered, and waitressing by the local Brinkworth/ Koolunga ladies, remember when you choose me as your caterer you are also supporting small sporting clubs and schools to raise much needed funds. 11.01.2022 Very thankful the Rolls Royce group from all over Australia, all 250 of them, enjoyed the feast we prepared for them Thursday night, (that's a lot of mouths to feed!) The venue was perfect for the night Clare Golf Club- Links Function Room. My prep team during the week Libby, Andrea, Dennis, Jake and Anne worked very hard to be super organised on the night, and it ran perfectly Thanks to Dave & Dennis for cooking the Baby fillet Mignons on the night. 11.01.2022 Wedding season has well and truly kicked in! I’ve forgotten to post a lot of wedding food porn recently as Monday swings around too quickly. So last night once again we catered at the gorgeous Bungaree station Woolshed and Mid North party hire as always provided an amazing setup perfect for a lovely wedding. Thanks again to my Brinkworth/Koolunga ladies for waitressing and fundraising for your towns. Thanks also to the girls who worked at the Clare Golf club with me Thursday 24/10 for the Adelaide Uni Awards night, that was a busy event too. My staff are brilliant!

07.01.2022 Catering gigs done and dusted for 2019! This array of food was for 2 Xmas parties last night, i forgot to take photos of the delicious Mathies rolled seasoned Chicken, which is amazing with Tavenders dill mustard dressing both local suppliers. How good does the Glazed ham from Mathie's Meat Shoppe look paired with Clare Rise freshly baked bread My fruit and veg for all my catering events comes from The Corner Patch always the best quality and fantastic service... I encourage everyone to support our local producers, local businesses, shop local so we can keep these businesses in our town. Wishing all my customers who have entrusted me with their weddings, parties, xmas gigs in 2019, a very Merry Xmas and I Thankyou very much for supporting my business. Sooo much appreciation to my amazing Waitresses, these ladies work for me to fundraise for their small towns, sports clubs, Koolunga/Brinkworth etc and they raise a lot of money this way, they work hard and they are fabulous!
