24.01.2022 The moon is in Pisces. Spiritual Healing is definitely on life’s daily menu today. Our Free will operating system on earth means you will have to choose it, and take it from a possibility to an action. Apathy gets us no-where! (And Pisces can be a bit wishy washy).... The greater healer and nurturer in the sign of the mystic means our ability to connect to our spirit guides is supported. How do you feel guided today? Have you been thinking of booking a massage? Energy healing? A trip to the ocean? A bush walk? A morning in the garden ? Or creating a sacred space in your home? 21.01.2022 Reflection... a pathway to your own inner nature. The closed eyes, attracted me to this original painting. Also the spirit of recycling that had the artist using old vinyl records as his canvas. I have it hanging in a space I often use for meditation. Carl Jung stated that The inner dynamics of man are paralleled by the outer dynamics of society - the mass. And the mass, .. generally has a profoundly negative influence. ... It’s collective force can encourage us to act at a lower, less conscious level until the point is reached where the individual no longer acts for himself or herself, obeying his or her own conscious, but becomes part of an impersonal mob. Masses are always breeding grounds of psychic epidemics. That quote got me thinking about COVID. The physical epidemic that has swept the world this year. A physical representation of what’s going on in the consciousness of the masses? Showing us that there are people at risk of losing themselves altogether from this life. For many isolation was a forced relief from the influence of the masses. At the exact time to the minute that I made that connection, the north node, the symbol that directs us to our souls purpose was exact on the mid- heaven. This conjunction supports us to find our true north .. and in its way perhaps the Covid epidemic .. or more accurately, our response (personal time, isolated from society at large), gave us an opportunity to unhitch ourselves from group consciousness and take our own path - regardless of its popularity within current culture. The intuitive astrology shows me it was an opportunity to realign with our true north, as individuals. It will be so interesting to look back on this time in 5 - 10years and see how or if our inner compass did take us in a new direction. 17.01.2022 Yesterday I shared a quote by Henri Bergson. Today I found this post already made in you doodle but not posted. It is actually perfect for what I want to share today. Thankyou past self . It’s kind of a simplified version of the quote I was going to share today! (Which I will add in comments). I’ve read some of Bergson’s quotes in the last few days and realised ... he was way smarter than I am. Some of them leave me completely bewildered. I want to ask the teacher for ...help, but as we are all home schooling, because of COVID-19, I can’t. Through that thought process I became aware of the similarities between; the position we all find ourselves in through our chosen response to COVID-19 ie social distancing and; our experience (perhaps) of the illusion of being separate (from our higher spiritual self and guides) while we experience physical life. What I’m seeing is that we are not really isolated. We are all available to each other through many avenues of connection! Phones, Skype, zoom, Imeeting, Facebook, Instagram and so many more! I see people scrambling to upskill themselves in order to stay connected. Particularly businesses. Reinventing themselves, to remain viable. Being creative and thinking outside the box. Kinesiologists are doing the same thing. Taking themselves online. Offering distance Healing, using a surrogate or self-testing to support clients. Many new practitioner groups have sprung up from this need to learn a new way of connection. I see fellow practitioners supporting each other and sharing new skills to help our modality thrive through these changes. It is heartwarming and quite inspirational! It turns my thoughts to how we can use this same event as a metaphor regarding the idea of feeling separated from our divine spiritual self. We think we have no way to connect with our higher self. Our guides. Source or divine energy. The lines of spiritual communication are already available, we just need to be willing learn new skills in order to use the them. If the religions and spiritual traditions had the perfect formula we would ALL already be doing it! So I urge you to BE CREATIVE and GO YOUR OWN WAY See more

16.01.2022 Moon Circle This is she. ... I thought I’d share her image with you in reflection of the recent New Moon in Taurus. Ruled by Venus, this moon is such a beautiful, earthy, calming Moon. Even with its conjunction with Uranus ! - the electrified bringer of change. This moons directive could be to shock us into new nurturing, grounding, practical, sensual practices that nourish and sooth us and calm our nervous systems. The best gauge of this moons influence on you is in acknowledging your overall MOOD when the moon was NEW. At the same degree as the SUN. Which was about midday yesterday. So .. How was yesterday for you? What was your over all mood? Take the emotions of the day and average them out. What was your over-riding MOOD ... that is what this moon meant to you. It’s not theoretical. It’s real. The truth is your emotional state, and intuitive hits, during that time. This is how I use astrology. To help me acknowledge and understand what is actually happening. What I (or my beautiful clients) are actually feeling or experiencing referenced against this ancient system of observation. A symbolic language that can deepen our understanding of ourselves. So for me this moon was truly sweet. Its gentle whispers were easy for me to hear, as my natal sun and this moon were as one. I fussed about my garden and the moon circle. I practiced YIN Yoga for an hour (yes that’s a lot for me!) During the day revelations floated into my consciousness via my intuition, I could see what and who disrupted my peace and calm. I made resolution not to give power and life to shadow and instead to focus on what brings me joy. I remembered that last years new moon in Taurus was also a vehicle of ease and peace for me! 14.01.2022 Today feels so special. Profoundly significant! The air is sharp and clear, perhaps a reflection of the clear insight available on a day like today. ... Today is the Winter solstice - a time for being still, going within. Deep inner work can be achieved today.(3-4% of solstices occur at a new moon) Today is also a Solar Eclipse! (We experience 2 every year) The New Moon at 0 degrees in Cancer will be at the exact (same degree as the Sun), at 4.41pm for a few minutes. (18% of all new moons will result in a solar eclipse). I was quite amazed! When I researched this phenomenon I could feel that today’s energies could be a powerful pivoting point. I looked further... This exact conjunction occurred in 1982, then again 2001, today, 2020 2039 2058 That’s 5 in a row in a 19 year cycle. I love patterns. They are my cue to search for Meaning. The math says the average a solar eclipse should occur on a solstice is just once every 84 years !! The last one (prior to 1982) was all the way back to 22 December 1870!! The next one (after the final one in our current 19 year pattern which will occur in 2058) is 22 December 2242!! That’s almost 200 years! The reason we see these cycles is linked to the nodes of the moon (the place where the moon crosses the earth/sun plane) In evolutionary astrology the lunar nodes represent the karmic axis. Where we have been (in previous lives) and where we are headed .. our souls purpose. To be alive during this solstice/eclipse cycle is like having power thrusters on your space vehicle .. but you must first do the work of learning how to drive your craft (soul) through the universe. A starting point is to meditate on those previous solstice/eclipse years to see a pattern within your personal experience. The theme -letting go, releasing cancerian toxins from the soul. Look for woundings, stories, beliefs around the primal feminine archetype embodied by the moon? Think Mothering, spirituality, nurturing, healing, protection, vulnerability. This poison is deep, old, probably karmic. Be gentle with you. Replace whatever you let go of with love. New moon Blessings to you

12.01.2022 I’m feeling so crazy grateful today. It’s a really powerful feeling, full of joy, pride and wonder! I’m loving it. It’s saturating my field. It feels so good. It acknowledges all the hard work, personal challenges and insane growth that has take place along the way from who I was 10 years ago to who I am now. ... My work is so wonderfully rewarding! It has opened spiritual doorways for me personally, that on my own I’m sure would have taken so much longer! I truly love what I do. So a HUGE Thankyou to all my wonderful clients, I’m incredibly grateful. A enormous Thankyou to everyone who has EVER helped or supported me.. my teachers, mentors, friends, family, clients and fellow therapists. Every referral, every thankyou, every return client , I am so truly grateful. 11.01.2022 Super rare, this is the second New Moon in Cancer in a row. It’s exact at 3.33am (how cool are those numbers!) on the 21st July. We will be feeling her influence strongly 12hours either side of that. ... Continuing the influence of last months Eclipse new moon at 0 degrees in Cancer on the Solstice which was part of a bigger 19 year pattern. She bought some long term changes with her. We now have a second round of this cancerian energy to lock in those new self care, mothering, making our house a sanctuary, patterns we want going forward. Gentle and feely (I’m pretty sure that’s a word) this moon gives us the opportunity to consolidate those changes and tweak them a bit, so they actually work and are practical in our lives. This is Saturns influence. This time around he is exactly opposite this new moon and kinda eyeballing us saying, yes, yes, sounds wonderful and fluffy, but will it work, will you actually DO IT. If not, now is the time to change it up to something that is REAL and achievable. We’ve experienced living into whatever we began 4 weeks ago, almost like practice run. This is big people, if you can get a real sense of what’s being offered here. We introduced a new programme last Moon, that we hope will be good for the next 19years! Now, today, we re-evaluate the efficacy of this programme. ALL our emotional well-being, mothering, nurturing, and healing practises. How we allow the feminine to operate through us (or not) and where we dwell, our homes, what feels like home. And the word sacred is in there too. Sacred practices. This moon is self ruling, she is an entity unto herself this month. With the suns support she is free to just be herself. Whatever and whoever FEELS GOOD is where she is at. So to recap, with Saturns opposition to this new moon, we are perfectly positioned over the next 36 hours to be honest with ourselves about what is working FOR us, and what isn’t, particularly around self care. 11.01.2022 The big beautiful Moon is in the final degrees of Capricorn and about to cross the North Node of my natal Moon . So right now I am fully supported to listen deeply to my feelings and re-align myself with my hearts guidance. Sometimes in clinic when I’m in session with a client, we set an intention that any positive changes and healing received through the process - radiate out and is available to all beings. ... Clearly asking our positive high-vibe energy, created in the session to be freely available to all. #sharing the love Today I feel very aligned and peace filled and I wish to send that energy out, both with my vibration and these words. I hope today it is a little easier for you to be in your flow. To simply follow your heart and focus on what you care about - right now. To focus on priorities that Feed Your Spirit and to make choices and be with people ( or animals, or plants ) that make your entire energy field vibrate and hum so loudly that others can literally hear, see, feel you coming ! And I hope when you receive this is energy - You in turn - Spread that Loving Feeling -to everyone and everything you come in contact with! *This post came to me in an interesting way .. I found myself writing the post in my hand written journal .. it sort of hijacked my journaling. Then when I looked at today’s astrology I saw how this feeling, strong heart guidance was personal in my own chart, not a general influence and so I decided to share it. I wondered what image to use? 02.01.2022 How do you connect to your deeper self? Do you have an alter or A sacred space? A daily ritual?... I have a number of places that are sacred to me. One of them is my moon circle. It is a Reflective, Yin space that supports the journey inwards, to the centre of the being, past the shadows (karma) to the central sun (divine higher self). Lunar energies can be a fantastic vehicle to connect us to our intuition, our deeper divine self. Of course the Moon doesn’t really Do anything! But by observing and becoming familiar with her cyclic nature, she offers us a fabulous visual cue to observe our own deeper nature and cycles. The Ebb and Flow of our own emotions and energy, which over centuries we have projected onto the moon. It is through this process that she helps us to witness and reflect on our own cycles and deeper nature. I feel calm and deeply nurtured when in or around my moon circle. In true lunar style, I created it on a whim, an intuition. I actually didn’t even know what it was, until I stood in it the day it became a complete circle and the full moon rose in front of me !! I think of this beautiful circle as a holy space, full of creative potential. A metaphoric womb that can house and grow something wonderful if I feed it with my own deep essence. The larger circumference rocks are all gathered from this property. The inner pebbles, pale and reflective like the moon herself. Also within the circle are gifted, gathered and acquired rocks and crystals. Each one with a story and a potential. Resting gently on the Earth. In a circle of protection. I think after reading back the previous few sentences, perhaps these rocks represent me? This moon circle represents to me, the opportunity all women have at midlife - to release their focus from the physical creative act of bringing children into the world, and the mothering that comes after. And acknowledge this powerful life giving creation energy is now free to express through the emotional and mental bodies. A time To nourish the self To explore your shadow To follow your nature A path to happiness That is the promise of the moon
