24.01.2022 Completed JOEL JENSEN CONSTRUCTIONS Custom Built Guesthouse Clunes Having previously completed internal renovations to the main house and constructing the new pool house for clients Shane & Bec we were really excited to do another project for them and build this new guesthouse. It was really important to the clients that the new guesthouse tied in with the existing main house, and we assisted with the design process to achieve a great result that the clients are really happ...y with. We also designed and installed the landscaping. The guesthouse consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with hidden laundry, living dining room and beautiful decks to take in the gorgeous surrounds. 23.01.2022 Completed JOEL JENSEN CONSTRUCTIONS custom house renovation Goonellabah A complete transformation for this house in Goonellabah! We removed the old kitchen and walls to open the kitchen area as well as using the spare room behind the kitchen to create a larger space. A new kitchen and works to the dining room and living room has really transformed this space. We renovated the master bedroom and ensuite, added a new walk in robe and also renovated the main family bathroom. Na...than and his team have done an amazing job with this project and we thank clients Adrian & Naomi for giving us the opportunity to work on their family home! 20.01.2022 And that's a wrap for 2020, thank you so much to our clients for the year of 2020 although it has been difficult due to covid19 , and a massive thank you to the JJC crew for their continued efforts to produce more incredible work for our valued clients. Our Sydney based clients have really paid homage to the original features and style of the home. Our JJC team and trades did an amazing job bringing this beauty back to life, both modernising and restoring & re-purposing original feat...ures. 08.01.2022 Completed JOEL JENSEN CONSTRUCTIONS custom detached dual occupancy build We constructed two homes for two families on beautiful farmland at McKees Hill. The larger house is 426 square meters, with 4 bedrooms, ensuite, large three way bathroom, powder room, big linen/store room, living room plus a family room and outdoor entertaining area. The smaller home is 253 square meters with a big open plan kitchen, living, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and powder room, outdoor ent...ertaining area and single garage. 07.01.2022 Completed JOEL JENSEN CONSTRUCTIONS custom house renovation This beautiful red brick East Lismore house was built in 1949 and in its original state when we started works. We renovated the existing formal lounge & dining, hallways, bedrooms and then added an ensuite. We extended the house by 94 square meters to incorporate a new kitchen, butlers pantry, laundry, store room, bedroom, office and living room including the stunning joinery shelving and hall cabinetry. Outside we ...concreted the driveway, paths and designed and installed the landscaping and outdoor dining area. The before and after photos really show how big of a transformation this house underwent and what an incredible job Jamie and our JJC team have done. We are sure this house would tick many people's dream home list with the pool, cabana & outdoor kitchen, media room, games room, parents retreat on the second level, 4 additional bedrooms and a beautiful modern interior complete with ceiling void in the main living area. ... The house is a credit to the owners Jason & Rhiannon who chose really beautiful products and features to incorporate into their family including the external eurowood and colorbond. We hope they continue to make many happy memories in this beautiful house!

06.01.2022 We are excited to announce the arrival of our beautiful baby girl. Oaklen Neve Jensen Born 16/3/2021 @ 7.24am Healthy 8 pound 7 ounces... Britta and Oaky are both healthy, happy and now at home with the other three rug rats Nahri, Tallis and Hayes. Once again the birth suite, special care nursery and the women's care unit at the Lismore base hospital was exceptional the care, skill and work ethic the women and men up there have is second to none and we are so lucky to have them here in our local area, and also with the godfather Dr Steele by our side to once again look after us not only though the 9months of pregnancy but also there for Britta to bring baby Oaklen into the world. Also a big thank you to Dave and Lynn Towell for taking time off work to come over and look after our other 3 rug rats whilst we were in hospital for the week, we could not have done it without you. To my beautiful wife, ive said it before and i'll say it again the women's body is an amazing thing and to see what she not only endured for 9months but then through labour with out complaining or whinging, Britta you are a superhero and I am so bloody proud of you darling
