23.01.2022 52 portrait shoots and 11 weddings for 2020, that’s a wrap! Joelle Beekman Photography is officially on holidays for 3 weeks to sunny QLD. I will still answer all messages during this time but will probably only check them once a day with a cocktail in my hand and possibly with a sunstroke so please be patient. Time away: 20 Dec 2020 to 11 Jan 2021 For the next 3 weeks all my camera will capture will be long awaited moments with my own family. 2020 - you’ve been a pain in the... bum but also a tough teacher who pushed me to be more creative and challenged me to be a better person. 20.01.2022 The rain was unstoppable yesterday but so were these two Instead of having their ceremony in a dream garden at Valleyfield they had to opt for plan B and have the ceremony in the barn instead which was equally as beautiful. Sometimes weddings don't go as planned but in the end it's all about the love two people have for each other and boy did this couple shine! 10.01.2022 I'm officially back from my little break and am now catching up on all the work, it basically never stopped so please be patient if you're awaiting my reply :) Christmas and New Year were absolutely amazing as I got to spent all this precious time with my family. We also just bought a house and we had to move last weekend so everything is everywhere I'm now sitting in an empty office with just a desk and a computer but I still can't believe it's in my own house so I'm defi...nitely not complaining! 09.01.2022 The Black Feather Fashion Shoot This is the final result of the black feather shoot - a concept I had in mind many months ago. I managed to create the perfect team to make it happen and boy did it happen!! I absolutely love to shoot weddings and families but sometimes I like to let my imagination go wild and see where I end up. These sort of shoots are very educational for me and inspire me to create more amazing work for my clients in the future. They keep my mind fresh and... forever inspired by what is around me, no matter where I am or who I photograph.
