13.01.2022 2019 My goal was to compete in a Muay Thai fight. The build up for me was nerve racking but the whole process was exciting. The more I trained the more confident I was going into the ring. I had a real drive leading into this and with that I won by a 2nd round TKO. 2020 I’m upping the bar and have set my goals for three fights this year, each a new challenge to work towards and keep myself motivated. 12.01.2022 Confession guys- this is me post workout tonight. I had to do a double today. Yesterday I just couldn’t be assed to do the workout, and mentally it sucked so much so that I busted my ass and did extra today. The worst thing I did was leave the workout to the last thing at night, all of the days bullshit can get in the way and leave you feeling like you can’t be fucked to do that workout you promised you’d do. Yes it sucks getting to early, but it sucks so much more to have to do 1200 reps at 9pm at night to make up for the day before. I take the 4:30-5am wake up any day over doing that before bed. And to top it off, I added some extra kms on the ride today just to give myself punishment. P.S, I do mountain climbers on the machine in the last photo. #postworkout #sweaty @ Albion Park Rail
