24.01.2022 I had 4 slices of bread - really hungry, and was borne the Italian pizza. The traditinal way and no butter, French are awesome but in this dish there is no butter- just home made tomato sauce. (Yes I love French and butter lol) @ Adelaide, South Australia

07.01.2022 Heading over to https://mercato.com.au/ Sunday to pick up authentic, super fresh, delicious, amazing quality items - if you are fortunate to live in SA - this IS the one stop shop. I really mean it - fresh bread, fresh dry roasted coffee, assortments of pasta, cooking classes - its the BOM! I am going to get pecorino cheese, home made salami, fresh olives, pasta and a loads more..... if you are after that one true Italian outlet, you can not go past this place. To do so an...d disregard Mercato - you are obviously not looking for authentic or super fresh, you are looking for the plastic, synthetic, imitation, preservative 220, 202, 322, food colouring, and flavour 221 - shame on you! Eat fresh, eat authentic, just eat normal!

06.01.2022 Just slowly roasted chicken drumsticks - added lime and parsley with chilli - another 30 min at 180 then blast at 500 before serving. Yes chicken is literally falling off the bone with such little if any effort at all.. happy Saturday!

06.01.2022 Home cut potato fries, home made hot chilli-concarne (with grilled habinero chillie) cooked to perfection, grilled cheese to top it off with a beef gravey mix. OMG!!!
