This year has been hard for everyone and I know myself, that I have really really struggled with some stuff and still do every day. Trying to build your own business is damn hard and there are days I wake up and honestly feel like I just can’t do it. Mental health is something that a lot of us will deal with at some point in our lives - it’s hard. I know from experience.
