17.01.2022 Here's a standard issue with commodores. Alloy being a soft metal and being around heat alot, the metal will bind and grab on the nut causing this hairline crack. The system then will not seal and pass a vacuum test. To stop this we use anti seize so if it ever needs to be removed again there will be no issues. ... Its very important to regularly check your underdash cabin filter because when the airflow gets low the Blower Motor can't cool down and will cook itself.
