25.01.2022 The joeys van just made a little celiacs day. (Not my girls this time) Gluten free to the rescue, she was stoked she didn't have to sit and watch dad, brother and sister eating their ice creams this time.

20.01.2022 After a busy new yrs eve Joeys ice cream freezer is being treated to a defrost and clean this morning. Joey will be back around the foreshore by 2pm today (1/1/15) with two new flavours of ice cream. -Coconut (nice with a little drizzle of chocolate) and -Salted Caramel.

19.01.2022 Joeys going to enjoy the fireworks down by Newcastle foreshore tonight. Great spot, same as last year away from all the busy honeysuckle activities. Find us between the Crowne plaza and the Brewery, opposite the launch site at dyke wharf. Wishing everyone all the best for 16.

10.01.2022 Joey will be working hard tomorrow 8/11/14 raising money for Hamilton South Public School. Show some support and call by the school and enjoy their 2014 fete, plenty of rides, food, gift bags and acts by the kids between 9am and 1pm. Fire rescue will be their with a kitchen fire simulator as well. Interesting stuff.

10.01.2022 Joeys machine has just been cleaned and filled ready for the foreshore tomorrow. Thanks to my 3 volunteers tasting and checking all the products this evening; Emme, Rory, and Kylie. Have been given the thumbs up
