Our commercial and business team has been busy acting on behalf of restaurants and vendors who are in dispute with their landlords over the way forward, post-pandemic. As businesses seek to steady the ship, returning to "normal" rents is often too prohibitive for tenants, a fact that needs to be mediated with the landlords. We have successfully negotiated positive outcomes for our clients and for the landlords in our ACT and VIC offices.
