15.01.2022 In these current times we are all in deep need of healing, grounding, rebalancing and clearing. These changes to the way we are living are both challenging and exciting. It’s a chance for us to experience how truly connected and reliant on each other we really are. From time to time I sit here and picture all those in my suburb, my country, and then out into the vast corners of the world, knowing that for the most part we are all going through the same thing - experiencing s...imilar emotions, thoughts, fears and perhaps the joy of simple pleasures again too. I’ve found it very humbling. And at times confronting. I get so much back from this deep healing work and sharing this space with others, and social distancing measures have meant that I can no longer offer healing services in-person. I’ve spent the past week or so reflecting on this and how I can still be of service, even at a distance. So while we are all practicing social distancing and adjusting, I am offering my services remotely. I am providing free 15-minute distance healing sessions for those who would like to try it out. Alternatively, you can choose between my existing 30 or 60-minute distance sessions, both include a post-treatment feedback phone call consult. You don’t have to do anything in particular however if you can be lying down relaxing it’s far more beneficial for you. Reiki and energetic healing are beyond the limits of time and space, so whether you’re there in person or not makes no difference. Energy work is equally as powerful at a distance. 10.01.2022 The sacred has always existed. It’s is the nature of reality. To really know the sacred is to see things in a new way, not to see new things. The sacred is not different from all things, it’s merely hidden in all things. Through silence, we become aware of this majesty, this grace in the ordinary, and it’s depth that is always around and within us. Right here, right now...Energy work is a beautiful way to access and reconnect with this grace.
