24.01.2022 Hi everybody, this is not about massage, but awareness to mental health, tomorrow I am teaming up with a group, the Bay Amigos, to compete in a 21 day push-up challenge to raise money for a mental health organisation called HEADSPACE, the organisation is Australia wide and helps people with mental heath problems, . It is an opportunity to make everyone aware of the problems others are having .
