16.01.2022 It’s been a good year for a pianist-for-hire, with many concerts and shows with fabulous artists, classical and music theatre work with wonderful up-and-coming performers, cruises, party performances, etc. etc. ABC Classic FM has insisted upon playing me very frequently too, for which I am ever grateful! I’m now looking forward to 2018, wherein there are a lot of concerts and shows in various cities and towns and a tour booked thus far, and the year’s first fixtures include a big recording. Musicians, promoters, students, events managers, concert managements, this maverick is here at your service as always, and can provide many a music stylewith a smile!
14.01.2022 This past month has been so very full-on, with performances in South Aus and NSW, working with many marvellous performers, and the busy period ends for the time being this weekend with the show "Noel, Cole and Gertie" on Friday night, and a recital with fab tenor David Hamilton on Saturday afternoon. I feel honoured to work with so many fine artists!

07.01.2022 I'm happily preparing my compositions--piano solos and songs--for the upcoming recording in Melbourne. This will be a release on Wirripang later this year. It's a nice feeling, working on your own comps, even when you have vehement disagreements with the composer!!

04.01.2022 So this week sees me prepping for a swing and rags programme with Victoria Jacono-Gilmovich, violin, for Lane Cove Music Club. A yummy mix of Gershwin, Joplin, Mayerl, Waller and others, entitled "Rags and Irreverence", which happens on August 11th at 8pm, Lane Cove Mowbray Anglican Church, 19 Rosenthal Ave, Lane Cove.
02.01.2022 On Tuesday 21st February, superb violinist Vivien Jeffery and I sail on a ship from Fremantle for 10 days, doing a bunch of performances, and arriving in Sydney on March 3rd. It should be loads of fun, and we are covering all kinds of music from Classical to Ragtime, Blues, Jazz, Spirituals, Broadway!

We are presenting an Opera Gala spectacular in the Albany Festival this weekend, along with the Albany Choral Society. Fun!!!!
