17.01.2022 It makes a big difference when you can edit on a desktop computer instead of an iPad. Here are two re-edits in LrC from last night at Mt Walk, Hughenden Image 1: 4 sec @ f16, ISO 100 18mm Image2: 20 sec @ f3.5, ISO 1600 10mm

11.01.2022 A visit to Chinaman Dam Cloncurry, to have a shot at the Milky Way. Background light and a crescent moon didn't help. Better luck next week. Here are three images from tonight.

11.01.2022 A re-edit of two images from earlier this week. Chinaman Dam Cloncurry, competing with town lights, street lighting of the park and a crescent moon. Makes a difference when you have time at home to play with the images. Both images - 25 sec; f3.5; iso1600 @ 10mm

10.01.2022 Last night we patrolled to 70km north of Urandangi on the Urandangi Camooweal Road, where we sat and propped for about an hour. This gave me time to capture these images of the Milky Way. . For those who are interested the EXIF details are: Nikon D7200 using 10-20 Sigma lens. 10 Sec exposure, iso 5000, f3.5 @ 10mm.

09.01.2022 Now that I am back from my work out on the Western Border, this has given me a chance to review these images on a desktop and do some reediting. I use a Nikon D7200 with Sigma 10-20mm f3.5 lens. . 1. Image 14/05/2020 @ 23:37 - 22sec, @ f3.5, iso 1600 12mm (500 rule) 2. Image 18/05/2020 @ 01:15 - 10sec, @ f3.5, iso 5000 13mm
