25.01.2022 Here's the latest design for a new home in Opossum Bay. The simplified lines of the design and selection of differing external cladding's will really set this place off. I'm loving the portal frames leading to the front door.

24.01.2022 Another design almost completed for a new house. I love how well it's all come together. The textural differences and angles work so well.

22.01.2022 Here's a house that I designed about 5-6 years ago. It's actually a full house renovation with upper floor extension. It's just been listed for sale and as you will see it enjoys a wonderful view to Seven Mile Beach. Definately worth a look if you're in the market for a new beachfront home.

20.01.2022 Happy Monday people! I'm currently finalizing a full house renovation / extension design to a house in Spring Beach, Orford. We're just finishing off the finer details in the external 3D model at the moment. The renderings are coming up fantastic. I'm very excited to show my clients and all of you later this week! The transformation is amazing.

20.01.2022 How good is this! A full house renovation and extension just completed in Dodges Ferry. I'm blown away by the quality of the build. I'm very proud of my design on this one. It was a complex design job. The main idea was to access the view from where ever possible within the house and produce a modern 60's style beach home. We nailed it! The before photo shows the massive change. Jono and Rhiannon you have done a brilliant job!

19.01.2022 The Bellerive extension is coming along nicely. The exterior has just been painted in colorbond monument colour. Hopefully the glazed balustrade and stairs will be completed soon. The panel between the front windows will also have an infill wall made from decking boards. This will look like the deck is wrapping up the wall.

16.01.2022 Well we managed to get the first draft 3D's done earlier than expected and I'm so happy and excited with the design. My clients recently purchased a simple weatherboard shack in Spring Beach Orford and wanted to do a full house renovation and upper floor extension while still utilizing as much of the existing structure as possible and designing around the existing weatherboard cladding. So here we have a modern textural Aussie beach house designed around the views to the beac...h front and northerly aspect. Upstairs will feature open plan living with a master bedroom suite and ensuite. Views will be enjoyed from every part of the upper floor, to both the beach and the bush behind the property. I'm very happy with the modern 60's styling and variation in differing claddings. A neutral colour palate of whites, greys and natural timber has been used to create that classical beach house look and feel. The upper floor has been designed to cantilever over the existing ground floor dwelling to create a stepped frontage. The front deck will be supported by sculptural portal frames to give the dwelling depth and an eye catching feature. Its amazing how you can transform a tired uninspiring structure into a home like this! See more

11.01.2022 We got a bit of a surprise yesterday. We were informed that the Seven Mile extension and alterations that were designed 5 years ago has just broken the record for highest sale price ever in Seven Mile Beach! Over $1.2 million. The house sold within 1.5 days of being listed for sale. A before photo is also attached to show the massive transformation. It's a happy Friday!

10.01.2022 The Bellerive extension and full house renovation is almost done.

07.01.2022 Almost done with the design tweaks! The ground floor external walls still aren't quite right.

04.01.2022 The Bellerive extension is coming along very nicely. Hopefully the glazed balustrade gets installed soon.

03.01.2022 Another new design job for a replacement shack on the beach at Opossum Bay is currently under way. This is just a very rough draft rendering but it shows the idea. We want the shack to be a modern textural little home that appears to be nestled into a vegetated sand dune. Still lots of tweaking to do. This has been a very difficult job as this home is designed to fit in the existing house dimensions on site. The existing house was damaged in the storm we had 2 years ago and must be demolished. Its been a difficult job to get through council due to new planning rules and overlays but we finally received planning approval this week! Watch this space!
