25.01.2022 Dear friends, I would like to share with you a feel good story. About 1 month ago a regular customer of mine who wants to remain anonymous donated the price of a haircut for me to give to a person in need. Well today I honoured his request. I cut the hair of a man who again wants to remain anonymous, who is unemployed and who sleeps in his car at night in the carpark of a local park. The gentleman was so grateful and so full of emotion that he got tearful. The two customer...s waiting, who witnessed this also got emotional. He now had the money to buy some essential groceries which he needed. This goes to show us all and is testament that a very small gesture of kindness can change a persons day and perhaps a persons life. God Bless you both kind Sirs and thank you both wholeheartedly for choosing to make this kind gesture in my shop. John See more

23.01.2022 It's Christmas time again and Santa and his elf are back in Prospect for his final touch up before he embarks on his long journey delivering gifts to all the girls and boys around the world. Also a big thank you to CIBO espresso Prospect for again inviting Santa and his elf to see the children in Prospect and also visiting the local businesses. 12.01.2022 To all my friends, relatives and clients, On the eve of yet another year and decade which is about to end, its time to reflect on the year and decade that was. We have welcomed new family and friends into this world and our lives, but we have also unfortunately had to say goodbye to some special people who had a special place in our lives. For me, 2019 has been a year of enjoyment and fulfillment through my business- JOHN AND GEORGES HAIR SALON FOR MEN with the meeting of... new people and making new friends. The long conversations on lifes problems but also the laughter. I truly believe that I have the best job in the world- thanks to ALL of you. I would like to forward my best wishes to everyone. May 2020 and the new decade waiting for us bring everyone peace, hope, happiness and most importantly health. Thank you all for your patronage over the years and most of all your friendship. I would like to proudly say that a few people who saw and read my post have donated the price of a haircut for my friend I mentioned in my last post or for someone else in need. 01.01.2022 Today is Anzac Day. A day to honour our service men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice which we have today being our great nation, freedom and our home. We salute you. We also salute todays heros- service men and women and also our doctors, nurses and all the Emergency personnel who are fighting a new war which I am certain they will win.
