24.01.2022 Grace & Tylars Story I was called up after they made the big decision to sell the first home to then build the forever home after noticing some of our success in the street recently... Full credit to them for giving me the opportunity to sell such a meticulously renovated and presented home! And it showed in the result we obtained...... Other agents didnt believe we would get anywhere near their expectations, but I felt differently... We went in with a price strategy to maximise price given the property had been renovated but keeping in line with price data.
