07.01.2022 Our featured cocktail is an entry for the #johnniewalkerhighball competition. We love Japanese flavours and Johnnie Walker green was our inspiration for this umami bomb of a cocktail. The Sirens Song is an ode to the delicate nature of the Japanese highball and the briny Islay character in Johnnie Walker Green Label. The drink incorporates a house made black tea syrup, rose, violet and spirulina and ginger soda. Its finished with a lemon sea salt mist and garnished with roasted nori. In true Small Batch Bar tradition its on tap and ready to be enjoyed with friends!
