24.01.2022 Thanks Billie for your recommendation, we hope you are enjoying the new place! After 14 months, 3 weeks, and 2 days in temporary accommodation after the flood and some challenging experiences with insurance company; John Grays team completed my rebuild in magic time. For most of the rebuild time I was on self-imposed isolation (C19). However, my project manager, Thomas, kept me well informed of progress with texts/photos almost daily. When I did visit I found the team members to be cheerful and always happy to explain their work.The result far exceeded my expectations....I am excited to be redecorating this beautiful new apartment and I am truly grateful for those extras....like hanging my curtains. #JohnGrayConstructions

As with any add on, there was quite a bit of work to turn our ideas into a reality and John Gray Constructions managed to do just that. Every stage from initial quote to finished patio was handled well and I felt very involved for the whole build. Dealing with all staff from the tradies on site to the admin staff was also very smooth and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. #JohnGrayConstructions

01.01.2022 Theres never been a better time to build your dream home or renovate your existing home. Take advantage of the governments $25 000 HomeBuilder subsidy now! Are you eligible? Singles must earn under $125,000 a year. Couples must earn under $200,000.... New properties must not be valued at more than$750,000, including the land cost. Renovations on existing properties must be valued at between $150,000 and $750,000. Existing properties cannot be valued at more than $1.5 million prior to renovation. Renovations which receive the grant must improve the liveability or safety of the home, and cannot be used for pools, tennis courts, spas and saunas, or garages. Contracts must be entered into between now and the end of the year, with work to begin within three months of the contract date.
