25.01.2022 Great to spend the morning working with a group of pastors and leaders associated with the Gospel Coalition Australia on signs, prevention and reconciliation of conflict.

24.01.2022 Loved being in Sydney yesterday with lots of others at the Oxygen18 conference. I was invited to facilitate two masterclasses, one on Conflict in Christian Communities and another on Healthy Teamwork. A couple of hundred in each session so I missed saying hi to lots of people. Good to see those I was able to connect with. Links to the sessions are on my www.johmark.net.au website. Oxygen18 Conference.

16.01.2022 Home today from an encouraging 10 days working with the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne at one of their clergy conferences and training Parish Support Team consultants. It was great finishing up the trip working with the facilitators of Ministry Renewal Retreats Victoria and hearing the stories of leaders finding encouragement and renewal in these groups. Notes from sessions are linked to shared dropbox folders for each of the training groups and on my website for other sessions. And a white kangaroo who happened to hop past my window at Wycliffe Retreat Centre (Kangaroo Ground naturally!!)

07.01.2022 What is my role as a mentor in helping my mentoree to make wise and Godly decisions? How do I assist them to identify and sift through the myriad 'voices' influ...encing them, and me, in a mentoring session? And how do we know for sure which is the 'voice' of God? These are just some of the questions we will tackle in our upcoming 'Voices' - Spiritual Discernment in Mentoring' workshops in August 2017. Watch this space for more details.
