17.01.2022 Hey folks, my name is Johnny and Im the founder of Johnnys Burger Joint. I started flipping American burgers since 2013. Back then we were just a small blip in Canning Vale, now thanks to you guys weve become a burger icon and for some a family staple here in our amazing City of Perth! My passion ever since I was a child was always to cook and feed people. It brings me a lot of joy and Im happy that I can turn my passion in to a career. I got so much on my mind right now ...and I dont know which to address first! I think first of, To all my front line worker followers I want to thank you for all the hard work yall are putting in right during tough times like this. Keep up the amazing work! Secondly to all my restaurateur buddies, we all had to make extraordinarily difficult decisions these pass few weeks in the face of a pandemic that is affecting the health of millions around the world. As an industry, we have never before faced such intense pressure to figure out how to balance both our core purposes of taking care of our team members and nourishing our communities with the very real challenge of maintaining the health of our businesses. And lastly, to all my patrons. A big ass thank you for all your continued support and care. We are so blessed that we can still can stay open and feed and nourish the community. This definitely has affected me mentally and morally, and everyday I wake up praying that this was all a bad dream. But unfortunately it is not and we have to learn to live and adapt to the everyday changing world.
