25.01.2022 A painter brought the ladder over for me to repair the cracks on the steps, another happy Costomer he wont have to buy a new ladder.

24.01.2022 This is a frame made from 25x25mm angel iron this was made for an old beer garden sign Sams. I silicon perspex into the back of the frame stopping any water leeching in and damaging the sign, I welded 2 u rings for hanging the frame. The frame looks great hanging at Sams man cave.

24.01.2022 I was asked to build a frame in a trailer!! The frame was made for a tent to go on top for camping. Tim took the trailer out it traveled really well on the road, the tent fitted well on top of the frame no flexing, it was nice to here he was happy with the job



24.01.2022 Had a cafe style sign brought to my for repairs. Customer had left smiling as the welds are stronger than the originals. Thank you for choosing me to repair the sign for you!

24.01.2022 Had an urgent call out to a grape farm they had a snapped draw bar , Had a bit of grinding back the old welds place the arm back on and fully weld around the RHS, Then cleaned the paint off the left side and beef up the weld then a bit of paint to stop any rust happening, All done with in an hour he was back out in the paddock spraying the grapes, He was a very happy customer.

23.01.2022 Mower control arm snapped and bent. I straightened the bent arm and TIG welded the arm back on with added stability and a lock of paint and it is ready to go. Very happy customer



23.01.2022 This log splitter weld cracked the hydraulic ram must off been to strong for the size of this unit, I was told the Logs might have been a little to big for the splitter, I ground the RHS to a v which gives the job more strength after welding it, end result in the photos.

23.01.2022 I was asked to fabricate a hitch for this rotary hoe, we used scrap steel laying around the property , very handy ! I was also asked to repair the gear box ,the side skid plate ripped off while using it in the paddock and wore the gear box cover down. the side cover was made out of cast iron , this had to be welded with oxy torch with cast iron braising rods & flux .this job was a such a success with no cracks in the cast iron, this farmer was very happy he didnt have to purchase a new cover

22.01.2022 Had a call for a broken railing last week when I arrived it was certainly broken but also not safe or to Australian standards. I have added extra bars in between to originals for safety but also added extra anchoring brackets to keep it in place longer once secured. Customers were very happy to have it fixed and look forward to seeing me for future repairs

21.01.2022 Peter a local needed new hitch chains welded on this horse float, they were the weakest set of chains I have ever seen, the new chains will keep his horses safe on the road

21.01.2022 This job was was simple cut the plate with the grinder, drill 2 holes and weld the plate on the draw bar then weld 2 chains on, all done neat job



20.01.2022 This is a little warn out u think! Cut old front sheet off and bottom panel about 150mm weld the two together then add blade on the, another great job done

20.01.2022 This was an exciting job, I had to re-skin the front of the blade & underneath, the cutting edge was fitted on after the skin was welded on, cutting edges should be replaced before the bottom skin starts to wear out, it was a nice job thanks for the work Pat earthworks and civil Pty Ltd

19.01.2022 This gate had a truck back into it leaving this damage, The bent end pipe had to be cut off first then I cut the 3 round tubing off top & bottom, the bottom rectangle tube was bent up witch that need straightening, then I was able to spot weld the end pipe & the 3 round tubing on, weld a corner plate on left side bottom weld rusted & crack then finish welding great job. The lady was so happy

18.01.2022 I had a Costomer in the eastern suburbs needed the top hinge replaced and the width of the gate needed to be brought in about 5 minutes so it could lock again, due to the house moving over time the gate could not be closed. Happy Costomer, great job

15.01.2022 The go-cart belongs to a 12 year old boy that loves to do jumps with the cart the results of that is cracking of the motor frame, I repaired the cracks and reinforced the frame by using flat steel on its edges and stitched welded the plate on , job done the boy was very happy

12.01.2022 Another great job I welded three brackets together that were supply to me, I pop riveted the brackets on to the roof with sika flex glue under the brackets, we then attacked the owing on to the brackets and & screwed self tapered screws into the brackets and owing , Ive never done 1 before it worked out well

09.01.2022 Top hinge had been broken for a while, I replaced 4 hinges left & right they were all going to rust, l welded in small wrought iron fencing at the bottom to strengthen the pipes in the gates.

01.01.2022 I have just had the pleasure to do an awesome job for, Mt Evelyn Christian school, i was asked if I could put 9 windows and 4 double door frames in to theses three containers. I had 9 steel frames to make for the windows to fit in to & 4 large double door frames, the next step was to go on site mark out all the positions of doors & windows. The fun part was to fit all frames in and weld them in, this job took longer than I thought, I added a few extra touches to the job like corking in the windows from out side the container, polishing any sharp edges off and a bit of under coat paint around all frames just to stop rust.
