17.01.2022 Hi all I have received a query on the Bush Honey going candy this is due to it being pure and raw. Candying is natural it’s the sugars crystallising all you have to do is gently heat the container in hot water being careful not to get it above 40 degrees or very gently in the microwave but make sure you stir it every 20-30 seconds
