11.01.2022 I have received many calls from clients and friends who have received a threatening phone call from somebody stating that they are from the ATO and that you owe a debt to the ATO and if you do not pay it immediately you will be arrested, your assets (bank accounts) frozen and that an officer from the court will be on your doorstep within 24 hours to physically take you to gaol. These phone calls are intimidating and threatening and are a complete hoax/scam. I am sharing th...is article I received rom the ATO.
