23.01.2022 Hello all, This is Will. Rubab and I are back from overseas and ready to hit the ground running. I hope you have all had a great new years and Christmas, and that the tough weather hasn't hit you too hard. Our air-conditioner finally died on the last day of work last year, and a much needed upgrade turns the clinic into the perfect environment for these heat waves! We found it difficult to get web access while away. This means we didn't update the clinic hours to reflect the... change for that time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. To kick the year off Forbes has an article that may be interesting to some. I look forward to seeing you all in the new year! http://www.forbes.com//sugar-industry-quashed-findings-l/

21.01.2022 Our COVID-19 response. We would like everyone to know that, at least at this time and into the foreseeable future we are staying open. Unless governmental recommendations change. And we of course we are taking many steps to help protect our community and slow the spread. Individually we are all complying with all government recommendations. We are also taking some extra measures which include but are not limited to the following: - our waiting room chairs have been reduced ...and separated to allow for recommended social distancing. - Where appropriate we are reducing contact with common surfaces by removing toys and magazines from the waiting room and leaving the entrance door open etc. - practitioners and staff are washing and/or sanitizing hands before and after every patient, we are also drying our hands with disposable towels. - commonly touched surfaces like the treatment equipment, door handles etc. are disinfected between each patient - we are temporarily asking all patients to pay by card instead of cash. - all of our staff are taking care to report symptoms and any contact with known cases and self-quarantine when appropriate. - We are taking care to space out appointment times more. We know this issue is in the forefront of many peoples minds and we believe that responding responsibly and without undo fear will help us to get through this the best way. We believe in protecting our most vulnerable members of our society. And we hope that the many different measures being taken will get this resolved as soon as possible with a minimal loss of life. Help your neighbours, be kind and polite, stay safe and best wishes to all during this time.

18.01.2022 APPOINTMENTS FOR JIM NO LONGER AVAILABLE! Hello all, I am sorry to announce that appointments for Jim Johnson are no longer going to be available for the foreseeable future. ... Jim has recently needed triple bypass open-heart surgery. He has had the surgery and it all went very well. He is in good spirits and recovering well but may not be practicing for some time, or all all in the future. Will Johnson, his son, is available to help in any case that Jim has been managing and will do his best to fill the big shoes, and be there for the patients that Jim cares for so well.

We ask that you help us by doing the following: - Please wait in your cars until our receptionist calls you inside.... - Please pay with cards only - Please wear masks in shared spaces and comply with social distancing once inside. 09.01.2022 Unfortunately, we are unable to provide services to our patients in this 6 day period, as per newly determined SA government guidelines. Despite our extra precautionary measures, we are unable to open our doors. We apologise for not being able to provide valuable relief to our essential workers in this time of need, and will post updates on when we are allowed to open and serve the community again.

06.01.2022 Due to the fires, SA power has turned off our electricity. Because we have been required to switch to the NBN, we have no ability to receive phone calls. We do not often use facebook but if you need to contact us today we have a temporary number available: 0459 275 929 Or contact us through facebook, and we will try to stay on top of it. Thanks all. And thanks to the firemen and firewomen fighting to contain the damage. Stay safe and cool, and remember to think of those loved ones who may not be as ready to care for themselves and stay cool. If you know someone elderly or sick please think of checking on them today. It could save a life.

02.01.2022 Hello All! We would like to announce that our hours have changed! Details are in all places where our open hours were listed. Apologies for some errors there that have now been corrected. In short we are working late on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. And will no longer be open on Saturday mornings. Also, we are sad to announce that Dr. Stewart Ward, valuable member of our team, is doing so well in his city practice that he will no longer be driving up to Gawler to help out here. Thank you Stewart for your service we are sad to see you go.
