Link ECU Fury wire in computer installed, with engine loom done in house. Factory idle control utalised for easy cold start. 16.01.2022 Cameron's BT1 Holden VL Commodore. Car was booked in for a health check, tidy up, vehicle condition inspection & roadworthy preperation. We refitted all the original heat shielding, replaced old water & fuel hoses, repaired any water & oil leaks, installed a new clutch slave cylinder & got the car looking as neat & original as possible.... Fabricated & fitted a new inlet air pipe which was coated by Racecoatings. 15.01.2022 Nissan GQ Patrol TB42 EFI Turbo Conversion Custom low mount exhaust manifold fitted with a Garrett 35/40 & .63 exhaust housing internally gated. 146L long range fuel tank fitted with upgraded Walbro fuel pump.... Refreshed standard bottom end, reconditioned cylinder head & upgraded valve springs & cam shaft. Customer was specific about keeping it looking as original as possible so we have kept the original airbox with modifications to a minimum. Front mount ETS intercooler installed with all piping & fabrication done in house. Nistune installed into factory ECU to retain original wiring loom with an upgraded GTR air flow meter. 13.01.2022 Jory's Holden VL Commodore. Jory's VL came to us as a factory N/A car. We carried out our 300KW turbo conversion package which included our STAGE II hydraulic cylinder head, sealing ring & head gasket kit, STAGE II fuel system upgrade, inlet manifold installation, MSD ignition system, Garrett intercooler & piping, custom catch can, 3" exhaust system, Link ECU plug & play & installation of the hot side setup which our customer supplied.... All fabrication, wiring & tuning was carried out in house. Vehicle came in with 60KW & has now left with 303KW @ the wheels on 18PSI. Standard N/A bottom end & standard automatic transmission. 12.01.2022 Ben's Holden VL Commodore. Ben's VL came to us with a suspected head gasket problem. We confirmed the issue & installed our JPC head gasket & sealing ring system. We also fitted our JPC performance baffled sump & equalizer kit to fix an oil control problem.... 10.01.2022 BEFORE & AFTER. We recently took on the challenge of fabricating an inlet manifold for Louie's 4G54 powered Mitsubishi Sigma. Previously making 205KW through a GZM automatic transmission, this 2.6L engine was being restricted by a standard Magna inlet.... Designed with short tapered runners & a large volume plenum, this inlet now allows the engine to continue to make power after 7000RPM. Results were seen on the first dyno pull, with an increase of 30KW on similar boost. We are extremely happy with the end result, not only did we achieve everything we hoped.. the engine bay now looks complete. 03.01.2022 Lachlan's EJ20 Subaru WRX Track Car. Lachlan's Subaru was in need of some love when he dropped it down to us. We carried out a complete forged engine rebuild inc new cylinder head & block. Cylinder head was reconditioned, ported & upgraded with cams & valve springs. Fuel system received an overhall with new injectors, fuel pump & surge tank setup. ... All fabrication work was carried out in house, catch can, intercooler pipes, dump pipe etc. Turbo was rebuilt & upgraded. Lachlan was also specific about being able to run the car on both 98 & E85. We installed a Link ECU Fury computer with flex fuel sensor setup. Gearbox was sent to Gotitrex for rebuilding. Run in tune on 98 octane 250KW. This setup includes a custom Garrett - Advancing Motion turbo, custom split pulsed exhaust manifold, Turbosmart 60mm wastegate & custom dump pipe. Designed specifically with response in mind. This turbo allows easy driving on the street, with enough boost to run an 8-second pass at the track.... Anthony's engine features our GOLD short motor & GOLD twin cam cylinder head setup.
