13.01.2022 We need genuine non gendered Domestic Violence Laws NOW!! With the news of another Domestic Violence Murder of a man, murdered when he was hit with a car by a woman, I would like you to take a moment to think of Tasmanian mother of Jari Wise, Faith. Tomorrow Faith is going to be sitting in a mediation room with the woman who allegedly ran down and killed her son Jari.... She will not be in a court room, but rather a room designated for those trying to reconcile their differences. The reason for this is that not only did this woman allegedly take Faiths beautiful, tall, shy, kind, handsome, caring ever loving child away from her but not long after Faiths son was murdered, Faith went to the alleged perpetrators house and told her mother that she would kill her daughter one day. Faith also drove past the alleged perpetrators house a few times. As a result Faith accepted the restraining order the court placed her on, keeping her 100 metres away from the alleged perpetrator. The court wants to add another 100 meters which means Faith wont be able to visit a close friend who is one of her greatest support. By Faith refusing this order, the justice system has decided that both parties need to mediate ?? The alleged perpetrator has not shown an ounce of compassion or remorse, for her actions that night. Why would the court put the mother of her sons alleged killer and the mother in a room together ? The alleged perpetrator breached a DV order four times before allegedly perpetrating the ultimate act of Domestic Violence. Tonight Faith is feeling sick to her stomach about seeing the alleged murder of her son and having to come face to face with her . Those of you who pray please pray for strength for her tomorrow I cant imagine the mental and emotional turmoil she must be feeling. This is OUTRAGEOUS!! What are your thoughts? #Justice4Jari #justice #DVisnotgendered
