We are a 6000ha mixed cropping and sheep enterprise consisting of 5000 ewe breeding flock running alongside a 4000ha cropping program. Great working conditions and well maintained machines. Your role will work with the owners and 1 other full time member and casual staff during peek times of seeding and harvest.... Skill set we are seeking includes: Positive attitude Great work ethic Header and seeder driving experience HC license Desirable skills are: Sheep handling Spraying experience Mechanical knowledge Welding MC license Our business is located in Nyabing, Shire of Kent, Great Southern region of WA, about 300km from Perth and 2 hours from Albany and Bremer Bay. On farm or in town accommodation available both are 3x1 house. Nyabing has a great community with facilities that include a primary school, new pub and a general store with 24 hour fuel available. A bigger center of Katanning is 60kn down the road having a high school and larger shopping facilities. Remuneration package will be set on skills and attitude displayed. Seeding pasture vetch, feeding lambing ewes, and getting a roof over our main yards to provide some small comfort while doing yard work throughout the summer. While we have implemented some changes to keep our workforce and associated families safer, we are trying to get on as best we can.
